PROJECT BRIEF
OneHealth is a patient assistance program designed to help individuals access the medication and care they need without unnecessary stress. The goal of this project was to create a website that clearly guides patients through the enrollment process since the majority of patients are older adults with chronic conditions.
THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge was creating a visually accessible website that is easy for older patients to navigate. This required choosing the right typeface, font sizes, ensuring strong color contrast and simplifying the layout. The experience had to be intuitive even for users who are not tech-savvy.
